Purpose
Installations for ammunition disposal offered by JAKUSZ may be adjusted for safe destruction of several types and calibers of ammunition including mines, rockets and special ammunition (e.g. RPG). The mobile plant for ammunition disposal may consists of dozens of container or stationary installations.
The system is designed so it meets the most important requirements:
Safety of the process:
- remote steering and computer monitoring system of the process,
- placing the most dangerous stages of the process in explosion-proof containers (tests at military range confirmed the resistance to the explosion of projectile caliber 152 mm),
Mobility:
- modular configuration of standard shipping containers allowing for free positioning on the site respecting safety distances from other buildings,
- operation in field conditions only with sources of electricity and water,
Universality:
- configuration depending on the specific needs of the User,
Envirnment protection:
- compliance with environment protection regulations (pollution abatement system),
- recycling of the materials recovered from the process of ammunition disposal.
